Dear all,
I looked through the former posts but couldn't find an answer.
I've just completed a pharmacological study (FMRI) in which each subject
(a total of 20 were tested) was scanned in two different sessions.
Session 1: Subject No. 1-10 got placebo/ No. 11-20 got drug
Session 1: Subject No. 1-10 got drug/ No. 11-20 got placebo
During each of the scanning sessions each subject performed the same
working memory task that contained three conditions. I did normal modelling and groupanalysis by putting two groups A and B together:
(A) drug only: Session1 No. 11-20 and Session2 No. 1-10
(B) placebo only :Session1 No. 1-10 and Session2 No. 11-20)
I calculated certain contrasts and did a ROI analysis for each of the two groups A and B, everything worked out well.
Now I would like to compare the two groups A and B directly by calculating contrasts between conditions in A and B.
Is there an appropriate way of doing this analysis? I'm a fMRI beginner and do not know how to do this analysis.
I'm using SPM 8 and matlab 2009b. I need more information just ask me.
I would be happy to get some support here,
Anne
