Dear SPM'ers,
My question is off topic.
We now have a Siemens Trio Tim with 8ch and 32ch head coil.
The 8ch works perfect, MPRAGE and the standard epi (epfid2d1)
(transversal) data looks fine.
The 32ch is something else. The MPRAGE looks fine, but when we checked
the reconstructed images, we got a stripe artefact in the sagittal
plane which is variable over time. The data is useless.
Has someone of you seen this before? Is this due to the sequence
parameters or is the 32ch faulty? In case of the latter, we would
expect a bad MPRAGE.
All input will be greatly appreciated.
Pieter
