Hello Nicholas,
not sure this is the issue with your model but in the case of medium to
larger studies, the data becomes to big to be saved in one file,
depending on your file system (e.g., FAT32 is limited to 2GB file size,
which is easily accrued in larger SnPM analyses). Does it make a
difference if you specify the threshold beforehand (this will
dramatically reduce file size)?
