Good Afternoon,

I am pleased to advise that we intend to hold our first 2012 Meeting on
Thursday 5th July.

The venue is New College Durham which is just a 10 min walk from Durham
station. 
(I will also endevour to provide lifts for those of you who would like a
more relaxing day).

The meeting will be based around the theme of Retention Scheduling.

We have a couple of speakers lined up but would welcome others to step
forward, in particular, with real life experiences and case studies.

Above all, this will be an opportunity to meet your fellow Records'
Managers to exchange information and ideas.

As usual, refreshments will be provided.

We hope that members from all over the North will be able to attend but
for those in the North West who are unable to travel, we will be holding
another event, provisionally in October at a Preston location.

I will provide an agenda and more detailed information in a couple of
weeks.
Meanwhile, I would appreciate those interested to rsvp, so that I can
plan room sizes, catering etc.
