Subject: [OCC-HEALTH] proprective employees and OHP reports to managers
Dear All
I wonder what your views on this little scenario are
person attends interview and is offered the job but is advised regarding the admin and clinical percentage of the role.
Pre-emp health check results in appt with OHP OHP writes to the proposed manager and advises - unfit for this particular work due to long tem health concerns in relation to abilities and job description.
proposed employee request copy of letter that OHP has written
Is this person entitled to a copy of the report?
I have my own opinion ( but cant find the case law that I have read on this, typical!) but would like to know the groups views
regards
Pauline
