What is knowledge management and how can it help my organisation? This is a question that's regularly asked by even the most seasoned of KM practitioners!
James Andrews hopes to remove some of the mystery by facilitating an evening of discussion on this issue, talking about his own experiences at the front line of KM provision in a third sector organisation and investigating the important role library and information professionals can play in this arena.
This talk will be of particular value to anyone registered for CILIP Chartership and can contribute towards CPD requirements. Refreshments will be available afterwards.
