Other experts can confirm, but as far as I know, the information of your
last measurement is captured in the RepublishInfo table.

The next measurement will only publish data for dates after that one
since it assumes that all the past data are already available in the
registry. This is driven by the missing tag in the <Republish> of the
publisher-config-yaim.xml file.

So, in summary, all the data published before the date in RepublishInfo
should be at the APEL registry server side, and nagios tests shouldn't
loose information about it since that it the service they contact, I
