Subject: Localism Act
Does anyone know of any local authorities who are considering putting
together a list of 'assets of community value' as set out in the
Localism Act, and whether Conservation / Historic Environment colleagues
have been involved in the discussions? I'm not sure if this aspect of
the Act has fully come into force yet, but I'm interested to see if it
will be used to protect assets which are also 'heritage'.
Thanks,
Stella
