Eventually we may support the StAR (Storage Accounting Record) formats -
remember we have discussed these before, or at least an earlier version
from FNAL.
Is it worth mentioning the move to GLUE2? As it includes the concept of
a 'share' it may be less prone to n-ple accounting.
