Statistics are the same irrespective if they are fMRI or DTI.
All you need is to create the difference image for each subject. Then
feed those images into randomise.
I haven't used tbss in awhile, so I don't remember the exact steps,
but the difference images should be created immediately before
randomise after everything has been aligned/normalized.
