Hi Giuseppe
A correction in wording my sentence. My previous response may not be clear.
qform and sform will be available in the header info of your NIFTI image file. These are created when you transform dicom to nifti and is stored in your nifti header file. The qform and sform provide information about image orientation.

Subject: [FSL] Fslswapdim-qform/sform
Hi FSL users,
I have probably a very basic question to ask you about the Fslswapdim command. I tried to change the orientation of the T1 image in order to match the orientation of the diffusion image by using "fslswapdim <my T1> RL PA SI <output name>" but without success because all the time came up this message about the qform and sform: "Cannot use RLAPSI notation for nifti files without either sform or qform set".
Where can i find this files or what i have to do to create them?
Thanks a lot in advance,
Giuseppe
