Dear FSL experts,
I have 72 T1-weighted images in DICOM format. I organised them into 4 groups and renamed the files with prefix- HV, NN, P and UP depending on their group. I put all these files in one folder (vbm-t1dm) on my desktop.
I created a template list with 13 subjects from each group (same number of subjects from each group to make it fair), which seems to have worked and it placed a template_list file in my 'vbm-t1dm' folder.
I then ran fslvbm_1_bet -b and this also seems to have worked. it produced a struc folder in my 'vbm-t1dm' folder and within the 'struc' folder are loads of images and a slicesdir folder which also has lots of images in it.
I then proceeded to run fslvbm_2_template -n in my 'vbm-t1dm' directory. This is what i entered:
macbook-air-3:~ volumetry$ cd desktop
macbook-air-3:desktop volumetry$ cd vbm-t1dm
macbook-air-3:vbm-t1dm volumetry$ fslvbm_2_template -n
i then hit enter and immediately a it listed all my images in the vbm-t1dm folder. this was 4 days ago and it hasn't done anything since and yet hasnt finished running. It has also created an extra 105 files in the 'struc' folder (in vbm-t1dm) all of which have a size of with ZERO KB and are named with the prefix fslvbm2a.
Is what i have done so far correct or have i missed something out? And what do i need to do to get fslvbm_2_template command line working properly?
Thank you very much for your time
Michael
