I have been playing a bit with the options there in tbss_skeleton, but not sure what the output images all are. So I am hoping someone could either confirm or reject my speculation that search_X, search_Y and search_Z.... may be the distances between skeleton-voxel and projected-voxel in each direction? So if I then calculate sqrt(x^2 + y^2 + z^2), this would be the overall projection distance for each voxel?
And just out of interest, at some point I got "_flow" and "_flowsmooth" output, which is looking interesting. What are they?
