Whilst Sun Grid Engine is no longer an option, there are still open source alternatives:

However, neither Open Grid Scheduler or Son of Grid Engine offer Mac OS X binaries so you would have to (try to) compile them yourself.
We don't have any direct experience of getting them running on Mac OS X though (we are still running an old release).
