Hello,
we extensively use some DC properties in our experimental Linked Open Data service lobid.org.[1] Also, we use the Fresnel vocabulary[2] for presentation of descriptions. As we want to enable language negotiation for these descriptions it would be really nice to easily reuse existing translations. Thus, it would be best, that existing translations would be integrated into the RDF vocabulary at <http://purl.org/dc/terms/> instead of locally adding the German labels to our fresnel file. My questions related to this are:
- Why isn't the Norwegian translation of DC Terms[3] integrated into the RDF vocabulary?
- Does a German translation - at least of the class and property labels - exist?
- If not, how can I contribute translations of class/property labels to the vocabulary so that they become part of the RDF file?
I have no time to translate the property/class descriptions but find that providing translations for the labels is more important anyway and thus should be the first step.
All the best
Adrian
