Hello,
The error message is saying that there are no "active" restraints, so I
asked Tim what this might mean. He says:
The active ones are the ones used in the calculation.
If there are none at all then I suspect that the restraints didn't get
into the calculation at the start or something else is really wrong.
Some of the messages that ARIA prints out when it starts up and gets the
data in the initial instance may be helpful.
If there are no warnings then it could be something simple as the format
is not set as CCPN (it defaults to TBL I think) for a restraint/peak list,
even though a CCPN project is specified. - In this case there would be no
active restraints.
