Hello,
As a couple of people have asked me, I thought I would post the domains Turnitin asked us to add to Internet Explorer to resolve this problem, so here they are:
https://*.submit.ac.uk
cdn.submit.ac.uk
cdn.edgecast.net
I am still querying with them why this is now necessary.
Kind regards,

Yes,
We have had a range of issues going back to December.
We've had a few students submitting work, receiving a receipt and paper ID, only for staff to find a document processing error has occurred and there is no matching entry in the grade centre. We've also had to tease browser settings out of TII for Internet Explorer - expanding the list of trusted sites. Some users are also seeing a page saying they have been logged out of Turnitin! At other times the submission form (initial page shown to students) can take a minute or more to load fully.
All in all we are not impressed - and have communicated this to iParadigms.
Running Bb Learn 9.1 sp6 with version 2.5.23 of the building block.

Subject: Turnitin submission problems
We have Bb Learn 9.1 SP7 HF1 with the Turnitin 2.5.24 Building Block and a small number of users are getting a 430 error reported when they attempt a submission.
Has anyone else had this problem reported recently?
