It rather depends on how 'narrative' the original interviews are. If there
are pretty uninterrupted sessions of narration not micro-managed by the
interviewer, you might be interested in a free electronic copy of the BNIM
Short Guide and Detailed Manual as described below.
It also depends on how many of such 'narrative interviews' you are expecting
to interpret and how long you have to do that work of interpretation. How
long the interviews are (15 minutes, 1.5 hours, 4 hours) and above all what
the research questions are that orient your interpretation.
