Webpa is on SourceForge, and has now been in community development for 2 years.

To follow up on my last email, we've had a very quick look at the code, it looks significantly different. It therefore reminds me of something we've discussed in the past - can we set student projects to develop new features for WebPA?

I think it's a student project rather than anything more substantial than that. See

You might want to contact the supervisor to make sure that the supervisor is aware of WebPA and that they aren't plagiarising the code!
