If all the WMS/CE combinations have proxies that fail to renew, then the
problem is at your end.
I suspect you are seeing a combination of errors with no apparent
pattern, but that being systematic will find some problems.
I suggest you upload a certificate to the UK myproxy server, then
generate a short lived proxy (1 -2 hours) and submit jobs from there via
all the UK WMSs. Then poke them to see which WMSs have an updated proxy.
I forget the command offhand, and am on a train so can't easily look it up.
Last time I did this, I saw that some jobs failed instantly - due to
various problems and misconfiguration. Once I'd dealt with that, some
jobs failed to renew proxies at specific WMSs - but of course jobs where
the proxy didn't need renewing worked fine.
I should write up what I did on the wiki I guess.
