Hello Sarah,
We use QR codes at the University of Bath in our library catalogue,
within our floor plans and within the notices on our Subject Librarian
office doors (linking to the relevant subject resources webpages). I
don't know about usage - if I'm able to find out and share the
information, I'll get back to either yourself or the list.
