Hi,
If you take the $FSLDIR/etc/flirtsch/sch2D_6dof file
and replace all of the lines:
setoption paramsubset 6 0 0 1 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 1 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 1 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 1 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 1 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 1 0 0
with the following:
setoption paramsubset 7 1 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 1 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 1 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 1 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 1 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 1 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 1 0 0 0 0
and save this as a new file (e.g. sch3D_yscale)
Then this will give you rigid body plus the y scaling.
If you wanted *only* y-scaling (no rigid body) then change the 7 to 1 and
delete all other numbers except the last 12.
