Hi Dr. Donald Mclaren,
Just a related quick question. Does the gPPI tool also work for other task designs or just for rapid event design?
Best Regards,

Try the Generalized Psychophysiological Interaction Toolbox (gPPI).
Its available from http://www.nitrc.org/projects/gppi
I'm still working on the manual, but all the details about running it
can be found by looking at the files or typing help PPPI in matlab.
Best Regards, Donald McLaren
