Dear DCMers,
My current understanding is;
Positive A values indicate excitation of the target and negative values indicate inhibition of the target. Positive B values indicate increased gain/sensitivity of the target to a given input and negative values indicate a reduced gain of the target to a given input.
I am interested in looking at the modulation of connections. How do I interpret a connection with a negative A value, which is positively modulated by my experiment. Does this mean that the target becomes more inhibited, or disinhibited?
Thanks
Josh
