Hi Sam,
Regarding the first question I probably can help you quite easily.
Your error message sounds like you did not add the path of the ECMOCO
toolbox into the matlab path. You can do that by simply adding
path(path,'NAMEOFPATH'),
where NAMEOFPATH is the path of the ECMOCO-toolbox directory.
The second question is more complicated. Currently, DTI is not supported
by SPM. However, you are welcome to use the toolboxes you found. There
are also other DTI tools available, which are supported by Volkmar Glauche.
