To run on 64 bit Windows, you need a mat2file.mexw64. The mexa64 is
for Linux systems. I would be surprised if there was no
mat2file.mexw64 among the most recent SPM8 updates. Earlier versions
would not have had it, as we didn't have the computers to do the
compiling on.
