The unfilmed screenplay by Bergman
« En själslig angelägenhet », translated in French by Vincent Fournier was published in 2002 Cahiers du cinéma, untitled « Une affaire d'âme ».
Bénédicte Acolas, directing Sophie Marceau, 'signed' a new version for her 2011 stage production (Paris, Théâtre du Rond-Point and Lyon, Théâtre des Célestins).
Acolas is accused of plagiarism of Fournier's version (she doesn't speak Swedish).
Previous very successful production by Myriam Saduis, Bruxelles, Théâtre Océan Nord 2008 and 2010. Based on Vincent Fournier (Traduction - éditions Cahiers du cinéma).
Acolas stopped Saduis who was invited by the Festival d'Avignon in 2011.

I am looking into a contemporary theatre performance with a compilation of Bergmans unfilmed screenplays and I am looking for examples to compare with. There is clearly an archival approach in this project, the texts are interesting to the stage director because they represent the forgotten or the hidden side of an otherwise well known authorship. If anyone knows good examples to compare with so let me know.
