The Leveson Inquiry is considering how to ensure standards of accuracy
etc, but it hasn't been a very prominent issue compared with the other
misdemeanours being examined. There was a particularly interesting
discussion about accuracy in science and health reporting when Fiona
Fox, Director of the Science Media Centre, appeared at the Inquiry in
