Hello All,
Recently I've come across a couple of articles where students / graduates have been asked at interview to login to their personal Facebook account or handover their login in details so the prospective employer can have a look around their profile.

I am concerned that employers are seeking this information and at present there may not be a legal implication it does however set up the employers for a potential discriminatory issue, not also considering the ethics of the companies taking on board this practice.
Have any of you been faced with similar issues or concerns?
Thank you and best wishes,
Ailsa
