Hi Keith,
this is an access and conservation body that is being formed at the moment
it is in the embryo stage and once further meetings have taken place with
Cambrian Caving Council, the Forestry Commission and the newly former
Gwydyr Forest Access and conservation bopdit will become clearer. The hub
of it all will be a requirement for BCA insurance
Once it becomes sorted I will advise
