Course Outline: Whether your organisation, your customers, or you are
most directly affected by the current economic climate, the chances are

working, and communicating new information and knowledge to your
customers.
Leading and managing change, and marketing yourself, your products and
your services are not luxuries: they are a necessity for any
professional looking to proactively manage their way through a recession

participative and practical day.
