Hello, I am a (f)MRI novice with a very limited need, that I am unable to resolve using a DICOM viewer and so I installed FSL.
I would like to view a single 3D structural image (of a monkey brain) in 3 orthogonal views simultaneously (easy) and then be able to draw a 3-D line (non-zero thickness) that is visible in all 3 views so that I can then adjust its orientation using the mouse in all 3 views.
The purpose is to do some very crude electrode track reconstruction.
Is this possible in FSL ? If so, how can I do it ?
Thanks, Suresh
