The Child Mind Institute (CMI) Librarian
==============================
Building on the growing spirit of open neuroscience in the brain imaging community, the Child Mind Institute (http://www.childmind.org) is pleased to announce the beta release of the CMI Librarian. Central to this initiative, is the open sharing of hand-vetted and sorted reference libraries for emerging literatures relevant to child mental health. All CMI Librarian resources will be updated on a monthly basis and shared via Mendeley (http://www.mendeley.com) - a free reference manager and academic social networking resource that contains both web-based and desktop interfaces.
Given the CMI’s dedication to the advancement of the field of neuroimaging, the following two libraries are included in the initial release:
The CMI Resting State fMRI Library
http://www.mendeley.com/groups/1677121/cmi-resting-state-fmri-library/papers/
The CMI Diffusion Tensor Imaging Library
http://www.mendeley.com/groups/2042613/cmi-diffusion-tensor-imaging-dti-reference-library/papers/
Other libraries can be found at the CMI Librarian home page (http://www.mendeley.com/profiles/cmi-librarian/), and more will be coming this summer. For any library you’d like to follow and receive update notifications for via your Mendeley dashboard, be sure to select “Follow This Group”. As this is a beta-release, we are actively seeking your feedback and suggestions ([log in to unmask]).
