After you load your ROI, go to the overlay information dialog (the little "i" icon next to the transparency slider) and in the pull down menu for image type select "statistic" for your ROI. Now start the 3D viewer and you may be able to see your ROI.
Hope this helps,
Dustin

Subject: [FSL] 3d roi from atlas
Dear FSL users,
I try to transform in 3d (with 3d viewer in fslview) some ROI extracted from Juelich Histological Atlas with the command fslmaths.
When I load my roi in fslview and when I open the 3d viewer, the window is empty and nothing appears.
Does someone have any idea ?
Thank you for your help,
Best regards,
Ali Amad
