Dear FSl list,
Is there a way of saving a TBSS skeleton for each person containing the average projection distance?
In brief, I would like to see how much this could explain varience in FA, as opposed to white matter atrophy ratings, in the elderly. The rationale being that older people vary widely in their brain structure, and things like ventricle size obviously affect TBSS projection distance in surrounding white matter.
Cheers,
Emma
