i just wanted to confirm that bedpostx (FSL v4.1.8) is still using the partial volume signal model which assumes that the MR measurements are a sum of signal from within a single, homogeneous white-matter tract (which has wholly anisotropic diffusion) and signal from isotropically diffusing free water as described in both papers by Behrens et al.

Hi - There will be a tool for this in the next FSL release. In the meantime, you can do it easily with matlab's kmeans implementation.
