Hi,
When applying the eddy_correct tool to the DTI data I
notice that there is a scaling in all directions of the
b volumes to match the b0 volume.
The b0 volume looks like a T2-weighted scan, whereas
the b volumes are similar to T1-weighted scans. So the
outer border of the b0 volume is the pial surface and
the outer border of the b volume is the cortical surface.
In my view it looks as if the cortical surface of the b
volume is matched to the pial surface of the b0 volume,
resulting in the observed scaling. And that would be
incorrect.
Is this a correct interpretation?
Regards,
Ed
