Dear FSL Experts,
I need some help with MELODIC please. I am trying to perform temporal concatenated ICA analysis using MELODIC, however I am getting an error at the higher level part. The following is the error
/usr/local/fsl/bin/flirt -ref reg_standard/standard -in filtered_func_data -out frgrot_MhrYjr -applyxfm -init reg/example_func2standard.mat -interp trilinear -datatype float
** ERROR (nifti_image_read): failed to find header file for 'filtered_func_data'
** ERROR: nifti_image_open(filtered_func_data): bad header info
ERROR: failed to open file filtered_func_data
ERROR: Could not open image filtered_func_data

terminate called after throwing an instance of 'RBD_COMMON::BaseException'
/usr/local/fsl/bin/fslmaths reg_standard/filtered_func_data -Tstd -bin reg_standard/mask -odt char
** ERROR (nifti_image_read): failed to find header file for 'reg_standard/filtered_func_data'

Cannot open volume reg_standard/filtered_func_data for reading!
I have read through the posts. One of the users had suggested using 3dcopy. I had tried that but to no avail. Another post had suggested memory issues, I have sufficient hard disk and RAM and nothing looks maxed out. I have also tried this on another computer. Could this be an issue with the data files that I am using ? They were originally AFNI files that I converted over to NIFTI format for use in MELODIC. I checked the files in FSL view and they do open up and look normal.
Thank you very much for the help with this.
