Dear Varina,
I would say that something is wrong.
1. Magnitude image contains negative values.
2. If this is field map in Hz, the shim is terrible, worse than terrible.
Check that conversion is right.

Subject: [FSL] Field Map Follow Up Question
Dear Experts,
I followed your advise that worked easily, thank you with processing my field map.
To be sure I've done this right, I'd be so thankful if you would follow the link below to my processed field map images.
https://skydrive.live.com/?cid=dc678833e6fa9962&Bsrc=Share&Bpub=SDX.SkyDrive&id=DC678833E6FA9962%21282
VW020312FM1.nii.gz (Magnitude Image)
VW020312FM2.nii.gz (Actual Field Map, I think is in Hz)
VW020312FM2rads.nii.gz (Converted Actual Field Map to Rad/second)
Do these look ready to use for FMRI preprocessing?
Appreciatively,
Varina
