Dear Vincent,
FSLView shows the data in the way in which it was acquired.
As long as the labels are correct then your data is fine.
If you want to see this in the standard orientation then you'll
need to reorient your data. You can do this using:
fslreorient2std originalimage reorientedimage
using your own filenames.
