Thanks Pam, but you have not attached the brochure, so not sure what they will circulate. You also need to add, Head of the Office of the Commission on Humanitarian Affairs (OCHA) in the email, not everyone knows who Valerie is. BW Lena

Subject: Humanitarian Aid Conference, Valerie Amos, Keynote Speaker at Durham University 1-3 August 2012
Dear Colleague
We have a wonderful opportunity to hear Baroness Valerie Amos speak about humanitarian aid at a Conference being organized at Durham University from 1-3 August 2012. We are still open to receive abstracts and registrations.
Durham has kept the price of the conference low by not charging a conference fee in order to make it possible for people to attend from both the UK and overseas. The £250 early bird registration fee (to 31 May) covers accommodation in University en-suite rooms and food from 31 July to 3rd August.
The conference will also provide a wonderful opportunity to network with people from different parts of the world. We hope that you will both circulate this information and attend yourself.
There is more information on the University website: http://www.dur.ac.uk/conference.booking/details/?id=106
Many thanks. Look forward to seeing you soon.
Best wishes
Pamela
