That sounds good to me. Note that many of the projects and tools
already listed in the Wiki should be given this new tag (some of them
may already be in
<http://wiki.digitalclassicist.org/Category:Openaccess>). In fact I
think we should do this (use Henry's tag widely) even if some other,
better resource is found to serve the primary purpose discussed in
this thread.
