Apologies if you're getting this twice...
I do use twitter, and find it very useful for keeping track of what is
going on in the library world - to a limited degree anyway, I
'favourite' a lot of posts in order to go back to them later and give
them a proper read...but rarely do. It is true that a lot of tweets
are just links to blog posts etc, but then the good thing about about
twitter is that these'll be retweeted and someone like me who has no
idea that blog exists will hear about it and go 'oh, that sounds
interesting, I'll have to read that later...'
