Hello,
I have made the "www" to "www2" change in the appropriate file
(ccpnmr/ccpnmr2.1/python/ccpnmr/update/UpdateAgent.py) as mentioned in the
e-mail. Even now, when I run updateAll, it gives out-put as "No updates".
I am also unable to do the updates using "M::Project::Updates::Refresh_list".
Here I still get the message "can not access update server via network". The
pop-up shows the net work server correctly as
"http://www2.ccpn.ac.uk/~ccpn/ccpNmrUpdate2.1/". When I try to open this url
using the internet browser (firefox), I am able to go to the web page. (I guess
that, this indicates that the update server is not down!).
The proxy settings (proxy authentication for http, https and ftp has been set)
seem to be fine. I am wondering where else might the problem be!
with regards,
Aswani Kumar
