Dear Jean,
It sounds like the simplest solution would be if you could zip up your
project and send it to me (a usual without the spectra and send it to me
peraonally). Unfortunately I will be unable to do anything before Monday,
by now (I am a family man).
All the best,
Rasmus

I merged them in order to have 1 spin system = 1 residue (with no consequences on the red bound boxes from the Quality Reports). The assignment appearing on my spectra are now correct, except for a few leucines. These leucines have their "resonance" box in red (in M:Assignment:Quality Reports {Resonances}), where it is indicated that their Cd atom are repeated (for exemple 2 Cda or Cdb instead of one of each). I tried again to deassign and reassign them, but it didn't work.
