At Newcastle we take the same approach as Surrey. We fit them in if we can but will allow them to go to another, there has got to be room of course but we can be flexible with our hall capacity if we need to be. We find we tend to have particular problems with postgrad ceremonies for this reason, undergraduates are usually slightly better.
