The SHIP Advanced Training Workshop presented by Professor D'Arcy Holman will take place here in the School of Geography & Geosciences, Irvine Building, North Street, St Andrews KY16 9AL from 4-8th June (inclusive) 2012. This is following on from the very successful Intermediate Training Workshop in September last year.
This is an intensive five-day course on the theory and practice of analysis of large sets of linked administrative health data at an intermediate to advanced level. Advanced principles of health care epidemiology are combined with hands-on practical exercises in the implementation of computing solutions.
