Hello,
Tim thinks that you just need to set CCPNMR_TOP_DIR to point to the CCPN
installation in the shell where you are running the Aria GUI. So if you
are using bash, then in that shell:
export CCPNMR_TOP_DIR=..../ccpnmr
(where .... is whereever the ccpnmr directory is), or if you are using
tcsh or similar:
setenv CCPNMR_TOP_DIR ..../ccpnmr
(I assume you have a CCPN installation, e.g. of Analysis.)
