You could try the following (untested) script. You'd select your
(smoothed) "modulated" warped GM images, and will need to specify the
i, j and k values you are interested in (noting that voxels are
indexed from 1..N).

P =spm_select(Inf,'nifti');
Nii=nifti(P);
X = cat(4,Nii.dat);
squeeze(X(i,j,k,:)) % where i, j and k are the indices of the voxel
you are after
%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%
Be careful about assigning any values to parts of X, as this will
actually overwrite what is in the images.
