Dear Experts,
Regarding FSL utilities, for power spectrum analysis,
I saw in one of the FSL forum posts the following option:
fslmaths rest_in -bptf 21.27 2.66 rest_out_bptf (0.01<x<0.08)
Using -bptf, What is the conversion between Hz (0.01<x<0.08) to hp_sigma lp_sigma ?
In addition, after rning the fslpspec utility I always get a number of maps equals to half the number of input volumes.
Is there a way to control the frequency range without using -bptf?
How can I known which volume is equivalent to a particular frequency?
In case of 93 output maps obtained using fslpspec and following -bptf 21.27 2.66,
the first map will be equivalent to (0.08-0.01)/93 Hz?
Thanks a lot
